We had the awesome opportunity to be a Production Assistant on the Iroquois Steeplechase Horse Race in Nashville, TN. Hired by Stokes Production Services, Inc., our duties ranged from aiding the Director with the script during production to striking the set of scaffolding and wrapping BNC and Triax cables. With a crew of twenty plus people, the shoot lasted three full days of set-up, rehearsal and production of the race itself. Not only were we excited to be on the crew but we also had the privilege of watching some great horse racing. We met awesome freelancers as well and had established great contacts so we can’t wait to see what comes up next!
